The bottom of this couch consists of wooden frame with a single frame spring block attached to it (bonnell type springs, 110 springs/m², spring wire’s diameter 2,2 is mm). On top of that there is a 20 mm thick polyurethane foam layer for extra softness. Couch cover is made of fabric with 70% cotton content. Legs of the couch are made of oak, optional legs are available by request.
The mattress is a five zone pocket-suspension (every spring is packed in a separate sachet made of fibre fabric) – three harder and two softer zones. There are 250 springs/m² in the spring block. Spring wire’s diameter is 1,65 mm on the softer zone and 1,8 mm on the harder zone. The spring block sits entirely in a polyurethane foam box. Mattress cover is seamed with so called mirror type, which means the sides of the mattress are covered with thicker Jaquard type of textile and horizontal centers are made of stretch fabric.
Filling of the top mattress is latex foam which is based on natural caoutchouc. Top mattress is covered with good quality stretch fabric. Since the fabric is elastic, it gives little chance for rumples, which could be disturbing while sleeping. The top mattress can be opened from three sides, simplifying its cleaning and maintenance.
The headboard is not included, but is available separately.
